Communicate Clearly.

Persuade Easily.

As an ICF Certified Coach, I work with clients at a crossroads, in conflict and in crisis on their resilience, mindset, communication, relationships, leadership, and conflict management and resolution. As a Coach, I empower my clients to connect from their hearts, bodies, and souls, not just their minds.
I believe strong, healthy relationships should be based on shared values that include a commitment to diversity, inclusiveness, equity, and respect.

My work is guided by five core values: Passion for helping others, Authenticity in what I do, Trust with my clients, Collaboration as a celebration of the richness of diverse perspectives, and demonstrating Resilience when faced with a challenge or setback.

This holistic approach enriches their skills toolbox ensuring they are self-motivated and solution-driven. As a Conflict Resolver, I find gaps in systems and design creative ways to address them. As an educator, I teach my clients about the pressures, limitations, struggles, and challenges they face.

I work with businesses on their advertisement to onboarding procedures and policies ensuring compliance with EDI standards. I also train and coach business owners, founders, and executives on various topics such as Conscious Leadership, Cultural Competence, Company Culture, Effective Conflict Management & Resolution Skills in the Workforce, Developing an Inclusive Workforce, Ethical Recruitment, and Inclusive Leadership.

Being bilingual and having worked with numerous cultures, peoples, and organizations, on three continents, has increased my flexibility and creativity, honed my conflict resolution and leadership skills, and aided my ability to coach and mentor others in normal and challenging circumstances. In addition, this exposure has made me culturally competent in engaging clientele, establishing rapport, assessing goals, and developing practical outcomes with ease. My unique background provides me with the insight and sensitivity necessary to understand the diverse needs of a diverse clientele in an effort to learn, understand, and appreciate what they bring to the table as well as educate, train, empower and transform them to develop solutions to their own conflicts.

For me, coaching is about knowing who YOU are, who YOU want to be, and taking the steps necessary, with a touch of courage, to transform into the person YOU are destined to be in all aspects of your life. I believe that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. That is also the basis of the co-active model that I practice.

I work with Youth, Women, Men, Families, Communities, and Businesses.

My work for the past 20+ years has been about “Healing with Purpose” through building resilience. As an adult migrant to the UK, I developed my professional network from nothing, built my business from scratch, and navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship. Healing and transformation are a journey that starts with the first brave footstep into the unknown land of opportunities.

As a Muslim woman from a noticeable BAME background, I use my visibility upon entering a physical or virtual room to build rapport, facilitate open dialogues, and bridge gaps of understanding while promoting EDI in the workplace. I also invite businesses to operate in a more conscious, awoken, and intentional way, being aware of their impact on their employees and their legacy in the world. Recognized for my EDI efforts, I was invited as a guest speaker at the Scottish Parliament’s Cross-Party Group on Women In Enterprise in March 2020 to shed light on the plight of BAMEs in Scotland.
